Development of a new Corporate Design that can be used by all institutions of TUM. Preparing presentations to convince the President and the TUM Board of Management. Elimination of 600 sub brands and logos. Reducing the old corporate design manual form 300 to 30 pages. Managing the role out of the new CD in collaboration with the corporate communication center (TUM) and subcontracted design companies.
